Pré requis Techniques pour l’utilisation de la visioconférence DotCoachs
Simundia passe par le service Twilio pour son service de visioconférence. Pour tester son bon fonctionnement, vous pourrez effectuer le test suivant : https://networktest.twilio.com/.
Les points à suivre présentent les pré-requis pour que le test soit un succès. Il est nécessaire que tous ces points passent au vert pour que la visioconférence fonctionne correctement.
Connexion Internet :
40kBits/sec minimum.
Navigateurs recommandés :
Twilio utilise la technologie WebRTC supportée par les dernières versions de Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Safari.
Le navigateur Internet Explorer n’est pas compatible.
Whitelisting d’IP :
Pour effectuer la liaison, les adresses IP suivantes sont à autoriser :
Vous devez vérifier que les ports suivants sont autorisés sur le site internet Simundia :
- TCP : 443
- UDP : de 10 000 to à 60 000
D’une manière générale, votre pare-feu (si existant) doit autoriser le trafic UDP et TCP sortant vers le réseau internet public depuis les navigateurs qui utiliseront Simundia.

Test technique et diagnostic pour la visio Simundia
Afin de vous assurer une expérience optimale sur l’utilisation de la visio Simundia, vous pouvez réaliser un test technique en suivant ce lien : https://networktest.twilio.com/.

La connectivité
Problème(s) :
Il est possible qu’un pare-feu soit bloqué au niveau du système de votre entreprise.
Solution(s) :
- Contactez votre référent DSI afin de lui demander de débloquer les pare-feu en suivant la documentation suivante : https://www.simundia.com/whitelisting.
- Vous pouvez également utiliser le réseau 4G de votre téléphone mobile, soit directement, soit en partage de connexion avec votre ordinateur afin de contourner le réseau bloquant.
Le micro
Problème(s) :
Votre micro peut ne pas être activé correctement.
Solution(s) :
- Dans un premier temps, vérifiez que vous avez bien autorisé votre navigateur à accéder au micro.
Pour ce faire, vous retrouverez à droite dans la barre de navigation, où il y a l’URL du site consulté, une icône représentant une caméra ou un micro. En cliquant dessus, vous pourrez accéder à leurs réglages et autoriser le navigateur a y avoir accès.
- Verifier que votre micro soit bien activé dans vos réglages système.
Pour Windows 8 ou antérieur :
- Cliquez sur Démarrer et ensuite sur Panneau de Configuration.
- Cliquez sur Matériel et audio puis sur Gérer les périphériques audio.
- L’onglet Enregistrement affichera le microphone installé.
Pour Windows 10 :
- Cliquez sur Démarrer et ensuite sur Paramètres.
- Cliquez sur Confidentialité puis sur Microphone.
- Vérifiez que les applications sont bien autorisées à utiliser le micro comme ci-dessous :
Si votre micro est bien activé à ce niveau la et que vous rencontrez toujours des problèmes, il se peut que ce soit le pilote qui soit endommagé ou obsolète. Dans ce cas il faut le mettre à jour en suivant les étapes suivantes :
- Faites un clic droit sur le menu Démarrer et choisissez Gestionnaire de périphériques.
- Accédez à Contrôleurs audio, vidéo et jeu.
- Cliquez dessus et sélectionnez Realtek Audio.
- Double-cliquez et vous obtiendrez une nouvelle fenêtre pop-up avec les propriétés du programme et les paramètres du pilote.
- Ensuite, allez dans l’onglet Pilote et cliquez sur Mettre à jour le pilote :
Pour MacOS :
- Cliquez sur Préférences systèmes et ensuite sur Son.
- Cliquez sur l’onglet Entrée.
- Vérifiez que votre micro soit bien sélectionné et que vous ayez un bon réglage de volume :
- Si le micro est bien réglé à ce niveau, vous pouvez également retourner dans les Préférences systèmes puis dans Sécurité et confidentialité et dans l’onglet Confidentialité.
- Dans ces réglages, à gauche, vous pouvez accéder au microphone et gérer directement les applications qui sont autorisées à l’utiliser.
